jtrue.com is run by James True. If you have a question about your information, or want any of it changed or deleted, write to [email protected].

Visiting the site. jtrue.com is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare handles your IP address and basic request information, as any web host does. There are no advertising trackers here.

Signing in. If you sign in, your email address is used to send you a one-time sign-in code (sent through Resend). A cookie keeps you signed in. Your account holds the name and picture you choose for your profile, plus simple activity like your XP and when you were last here.

Membership. Paid access is confirmed through Patreon or the jtrue.com Membership in my Shopify store. Payments are handled entirely by Patreon and Shopify; card details never reach jtrue.com.

What you post. Anything you write in the Campfire chat, comments or boards is shown to other members.

Google. jtrue.com has a Google app that only I use, to read my own Google Drive and Google Slides so my slide decks can be published here. It never accesses visitors' Google accounts. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What happens to it. Your information is used only to run the site and your membership. It is never sold, and it is shared only with the services named above, to the extent they need it to do their job. It is kept while your account exists; ask and it will be deleted.

Your rights. Wherever you live, including the EU and UK, you can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your information, or object to how it is used. Email me and I will take care of it.
