#200 – The Constitution of Public Safety

The 1905 Supreme Court case Jacobson vs Massachusetts made it legal for any state to force-vaccinate its citizens. The only requirement is “public safety.” The Constitution’s Article 1, Section 9 says it all. “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.”
