Carbon is at the root of every energy transaction in your body. Every organic molecule relies on carbon. You are made of carbon. You are the 6 and the 6 and the 6. Why shame and fear the very thing which you have emerged? Where does that shame go when it’s extracted? What can you do with it if you don’t cast it away?
